Terri of Tip of the Iceberg invited me to play with this meme. I'm going to do it this way ... If you like the meme ... go for it. I'd love to know what you do with it.

Till We Have Faces is one of my favorite books.

~Funny that you would comment on this one above all the others. I actually keep wanting to re-read it. I read it during a very stressful time zone and I can only remember thinking "I need to reread this later ... I know I'm missing out on some things." Now I can't even remember the story line. The fact that you favorite it makes me all the more curious to re-read it. ~pam

I'm glad you made the list your own! Makes it more interesting. The original meme list is rather eclectic. I was surprised that I'd read 1/2 of those on the list.

Several of the titles (on your own list) that you want to read are also on my "want to read" list too. For instance: Mind of the Maker by Dorothy Sayers (love her mysteries by the way! have you watched the PBS Lord Peter Wimsey episodes?), A Grief Observed by C.S. Lewis (I really need to read more Lewis; I also want to read his God in the Dock soon; I read Til We Have Faces in college and need to read it again when not required to read it -- I seem to remember liking it; and I'm not sure why I haven't read all of the Chronicles of Narnia -- NEED to).

I commented over at Bub and Pie on The Wizard's First Rule if you're interested. I really should go over and copy and paste the darned comment and make a blog post out of it! I've been insanely busy lately and have been blogging and commenting in a rather scattershot way. The time schedule has been so crazy that when I've had time left over I've felt that it was more important to give it to my family. I've had to limit my blog visits to just a few. I enjoy coming over here to see what you're up to. I'm hoping that things will calm down enough that I can get writing again on my own blog.

~ Yeah, I've always wondered how parents in the throws of parenting get to have blogs. But then ... I wonder how one could be a parent and not have a place into release a primordial scream ... like a blog.

I don't mind going to someone else's blog to read you, though. ~pam

I'd probably have a lot if there were formatting for "seen the movie."

~ Then why don't my make a "seen the movie list" ... I bet you've easily seen 100. Except movies specifically created for kids don't count. ~pam
