So I'm going to give it a run. I figure I could spend a month just telling you about the voices in my head. ... We could start with the one that says ...

"Why? Why do you have even the slightest idea that you can write? Why don't you just go get in bed and call the first day a miss already? Why do you think anybody cares? ... etc etc."

Well, I know I can write. I am going to go get in bed tonight. I won't call this a miss ... but I will call it a cheat. Eh somebody somewhere will get a kick out of something I write.

Oh and there were voices at church today. It was national day of prayer. We're going through yet another round of everybody's having surgery, etc. So there was plenty to pray for.

Several of us are expecting grandchildren so there were a few prayers said for them, too.

One of the voices at the church said "I have a delivery for ______." Our pastor got a new chair (things for the parsonage always get delivered to the church first). It was a mystery gift that we are all thrilled he got. Seems the man (Pastor) suddenly up and decided he needed a triple heart bypass ... yes! yikes! As you can imagine he's in a bit of agony and getting up and down is very very difficult. So the chair is a magical lift chair.

Oh and there was a voice on my phone this evening announcing that my son and his bride are expecting ... a new house. They came upon a very nice deal.

And another voice told me that she arrived in Dallas safe and sound. VioletKey is home in Dallas for her sister's baby shower.

And another voice told me that my pieces were indeed received for an art contest I entered. My work and my competition's work will be on display beginning May 5. I'll take pics and let you know ... and, yes, it was all computer generated for display in a virtual world. The award could be a nice bit of virtual money ... that could be translated into real money.

Oh and another set of voices are trying to decide what to do with my husband's two days of vacation ... and let me tell you the chorus of voices on that has a very wide range. We will see.

Ok this is enough. I don't feel like I cheated too much.
